The first Conklin Conference in Santa Fe was so much fun, I'm doing it again. It's been 30 years of safety learning and sharing with the Community of Human and Organizational Learning. I'll be speaking on Thursday June 13 about accountability and blame (let's break them up for good!) and Friday I'll be helping folks workshop their HOP strategies. Of course, everyone else will be there sharing their wisdom and hard-won lessons. It's gonna be hot in Henderson, NV but the pool will be nice.
